Hi I’m Chris Elliott and I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and have been improving the fitness and lifestyle goals of individuals around Newcastle for over 13 years. I have a Certificate III and IV in Fitness, Diploma in Sport, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Pilates Certificate, Nutrition for Sport, Sports Power Coach Level 2 and specialise in Thump Boxing Level 4. I enjoy playing soccer, rugby league, working out and going to the beach in my free time.

My personal training service offers you a supportive, fun, friendly and individualised training experience. With a variety of options available, your workout will always be challenging and fun. Individual fitness evaluations and progress checks will keep you motivated and on track to reaching your fitness goals.

Chris Elliott Personal Training offers variety through my sessions to ensure you’re always challenged and never bored! I offer free initial consultations, individual Personal Training, Small Group Personal Training, Nutritional advice, Boot Camps and I specialise in Thump Boxing. I also cater for different fitness levels from beginner to the more advanced.
