Sunday Bootcamp Bennetts Green

Our Bootcamp¬†program is designed to work for all members regardless of age or fitness levels. Our program delivers fitness to small to medium size groups. Uniquely to other fitness programs, we’ve based our model on functional training that will help improve everyday movements and burn greater amount of calories in a safe environment.

Our sessions are run by Chris Elliott (CrossFit Level 1 Trainer), providing a whole body workout burning between 600-800 calories every time.

Every session is developed with you in mind and has a great range of exercises ranging from low to high impact, including Kettlebell & Medicine Ball training, boxing, TRX training and also weights.

Time: 8:00-9:00 am

Unlimited for 8 weeks is $80
4 sessions $60
Casual visit is $20
